Can I watch or listen live?
You can join supported live streams on Fountain, listen in real time, and support the show while it is live.
Yes. You can listen to supported podcasts live on Fountain and support them in real time.
- Once a livestream is scheduled, it will appear under the Episodes tab on the Show page
- If you follow that show, the livestream will also be pinned to the top of your library
- When the livestream begins, its status changes from Scheduled to Live
- During the livestream, you can play or pause the audio, but you cannot skip forwards or backwards
- You can still support the podcast by streaming sats, zapping, and replying to other users
- After the livestream ends, the page and comments remain available, but the live stream itself is no longer playable
